Description: Single room available in a beautiful, well-kept owner-occupied home, located on the new line road about 10 mins drive from wexford town and 5 mins to Wellingtonbridge. Own transport needed. The room is downstairs and furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, bedside locker, a desk and a chair. The house is quiet, comfortable, and friendly. All household bills are included in the rent (electricity, heating, broadband, etc.). This is our family home, 2 adults and our 4 children ranging in age from 18 down to 11.
