Mount Argus Apartments, Harold's Cross, Dublin 6w

I am looking for a housemate to rent an apartment in Mount Argus, Harold's Cross with me. Please note that I currently do not have a lease for an apartment, the plan would be is that I would find someone who wants to sign a lease with me from October 1st. It is really important to me that the person I share with, is respectful of our shared home and that we work together to ensure we are both happy here. 28yo from Ireland, just moved back to Dublin after living in Germany for four years. LGBTQ. I would say I am very sociable, but at times I also appreciate my own space. I lived on my own for the last four years, and what I learned from that is I like to keep the space I am living in quite clean, so I would be happy to go halves on getting a cleaner on a weekly basis. It's really important to me that we get on well together (we do not have to be best friends) but that we click together as humans. To give you a better idea of who I am: I work in tech, and I work from the office 3 days a week. The other two days I work from home. I would consider the apartment we would rent together my home, so I would most likely spend a lot of my time here. I like to visit my friends abroad and travel. In my spare time I like yoga, going to the cinema, good food. I am currently training for a half marathon and struggling with learning german. My therapist thinks I am funny. I'd be keen to rent an ensuite room, and I would be happy to pay slightly more rent for that, you would have sole access to the main bathroom in the house. Finding a room in Dublin has proven to be a humiliation exercise, this ad is a shot in the dark of me trying to reverse engineer the process. What have you learned from living with people before, and what is important to you in a housemate? My plan would be to have a video call/ set up time for us to have a coffee together - then we could get our documents together and set up a viewing for an apartment with Oct 1st or later start date.
