The room has a comfortable double bed, a window that lets in the light during the day, and access to a large walk-in closet with a wardrobe. The flat has a large and bright living room that opens on the kitchen, a large balcony, several storage rooms, and is fully equipped: a washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. You will have access to the main bathroom which has a bathtub and is shared with the another female tenant. The flat is located in Harold's Cross, in a secure residence with a gym, cinema room, concierge and lounge. The residence often organises activities, such yoga/pilates classes, cocktail masterclass etc. There is also a parking space available. The flat is located in a new build, clean and fully furnished. The area is quiet and well located: Supervalu and Centra within 10mn walk, several parks within walking distance, and well served by buses (F1-3, 16) to take you to the city centre in 20mn.
