The building and is about a 30 minute walk to the city centre with plenty of amenities in the local area (Liberties). Plenty of bus routes and very close to the St James’ Hospital Luas stop. You’ll be sharing with one other tenant, 31 and work full time Monday to Friday. The vibe is calm, clean, and respectful. It would suit someone similar, who enjoys a relaxed home environment, wine and movie nights a bonus! Ideally looking for someone easy going, tidy, and considerate of shared space.
