About the location: Near Merrion Square Park, very close to city center, but still far enough away to be pretty quiet and safe. Stephen's Green, the Quais, business offices really close by. About the apartment: Pretty spacious, big, sunny living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom. Lots of storage space. About the room: Double room with double bed, nightstand and built-in spacious wardrobe. About me: I am a professional in her 30s. I have been living in Dublin for over 3 years, and in this apartment for over a year and a half. I enjoy going to the office, but also working from home. I am a pretty quiet person who enjoys time alone, but also doesn't mind a good chat. Leasing details: Deposit and first month rent required. Deposit is for 800 euros, and it will get paid to the person leaving the apartment (I have done that as well when i came into the apartment). The letting agency requires a proof of identity, and reference letter (whether from work, current landlord etc). Very important, the rent will be raised from the 1st of May with 2.3%, which will get it to 918. Bills information: Two bills to pay once every 2 months: electricity, and gas. The heating and hot water is gas-based, everything else (mostly in the kitchen) is electric. Also, there is no internet in the apartment at the moment. I would have no problem having it installed, and sharing the costs (if we'd decide together on something).
