I work as an Engineer, in the office 3 days per wk and at home for the other 2 days. I keep busy with sports and other stuff. I’m looking for someone tidy, friendly and who appreciates the quiet life! There’s ample on-street parking available. Open plan living room/kitchen, and large back garden. Side passageway also if you ‘re storing/using bicycle. 15 min walk to Luas red line, 5 min to bus and nearby parks, 10 mins walk to Tallaght Village. There are nice parks such as Dodder Valley park, and Tymon parkin close proximity to the house. Tallaght hospital and IT also short distances away. No pets, or smokers, or parties please.
