We have a double bedroom available in our family home in Bray.It’s a relaxed, friendly place — ideal for someone easy-going who enjoys a calm but lively home (we have a cheerful 4-year-old who brings a bit of happy background noise!). The house is in a quiet residential area close to Lidl, Aldi and SuperValu. 45A is a 5 minute walk away.  Other bus routes are a 10-15 minute walk away. Parking available at the property. You’ll have a furnished double room with wardrobe and plenty of light, and a desk. We will share a well-equipped kitchen, living area and bathroom. We have a cute garden for you to enjoy on a sunny morning. We’re looking for someone considerate, tidy, and independent — not a party person, and not someone who needs total silence all day. This isn’t suitable for smokers, or anyone with pets. Utilities are included. Initial agreement will be for 3 months with a potential to extend further. If you only need this Mon-Fri we can discuss another price.
