There are two rented bedrooms in the house and both share a large bathroom. The house is owner occupied with one male tenant currently in situ on a part-time basis. The bedroom for rent has blackout blinds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside locker. There is a large lawn to back of the house with south facing patio. The front garden is landscaped with trees, shrubs and flowers. Located on a quiet road which is ideal for walking/running. Parking available at rear of house. There is a large shed for storage of bikes etc. The area would suit those who prefer the peace, space and fresh air of the countryside. Deposit and reference required.
