Weekday 5 nights occupancy offered for €525 p.m. (please note you do not need to move your things out of the room over the weekend). Unfortunately there is no public transport in area so your own car is required. The possibility of longer/shorter than 6 months lease can be explored. All bills are included in rent. Location is 4 miles from Athenry and 2 miles from Monivea. There are two rented bedrooms in the house and both share a large bathroom. The house is owner occupied with one male tenant currently in situ on a part-time basis. The bedroom for rent is a warm south-facing room with blackout blinds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside locker. There is a large lawn to back of the house with south facing patio. The front garden is landscaped with trees, shrubs and flowers. Located on a quiet road which is ideal for walking/running. Parking available at rear of house. There is a large shed for storage of bikes etc. The area would suit those who enjoy the peace, space and fresh air of the countryside. Deposit and reference required. Email enquiries only.
