Looking to rent out a room for a minimum of 6 months. This is a newly purchased property so some work may be going on at some point. The bed is currently a single bed with plans to make it a double in the next few months. I will be in the other room and have my own ensuite giving you basically the main bathroom to yourself. (New shower just fitted) I will be getting a small desk and desk chair for your room. My preference is for a male. Preferably older than 24. Looking for the usual things of cleanliness, respect and concientious of noise. (Especially Monday to Friday) I do not want a couple. I am 37 year old male. I work from home, sometimes every day in the week and sometimes away once or twice. Send me an email with some information about yourself. I hope you can view Sunday the 11th or Monday evening 12th of October. The price advertised is negotiable for the inital month only while small works might be going on. The price advertised does not include bills.
