Warm apartment which is great for winter. Green space out front and garden area for the apartments at the back. Near two nice parks and in walking distance of lidl + dunnes. Cute coffee shop next door. Sharing with two women so another woman would be ideal. We are looking for someone clean, calm,nice,friendly and reasonable. We mostly keep to ourselves with busy lives but would like someone who can communicate about everyday house hold requirements as needed. The rent is 850 with bills on top of gas, electic and wifi. Bins and apartment serivces fees are included in the rent.
