We have a large double en-suite room available in our 3 bedroom apartment in Dun Laoghaire. Rent is 874 + bills. Available from 1st July The Apartment Our apartment is very quiet- no parties, no loud music and we always keep it clean, peaceful and organised. Strictly non smokers only. Currently occupied with 2 professional females in their 30’s. The room is big and has a king size bed, fitted wardrobe and bedside lockers. The en-suite has a shower. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, all en-suite, large living room, kitchen, laundry room and 1 small room that we use for storage/office. We share electricity and heating which are pre paid and Wi-Fi. The apartment complex has a free gym, hot desks/ work space in the lobby with Wi-Fi, nice landscaped internal courtyard and a concierge to receive parcels. There is bike storage available also. Area The apartment complex has a nice park just in front with a small lake, basketball/ football pitch and picnic tables. There is Tesco, Aldi and Lidl all 5 mins walk away. Dun Laoghaire town (sea front) and dart station is 20 mins walk. Buses are a few minutes walk from apartment. There is Flyefit, Anytime Fitness and Westwood gym close by. The management company requires references. You will be submitting all the documents to the agency directly.
