Hi everyone, I’m posting on behalf of my housemates as I'll be moving out soon! It's a 3-bed apartment in Honeypark near Dun Laoghaire; my room is coming available from the 23rd December. The monthly rent is €859 (+ bills), the deposit is €828. IMPORTANT: Female preferred with long-term stay. To be considered for the rental lease, the landlord requires that the amount of the monthly rent (€859) doesn't exceed 40% of your net pay (thus candidates are required to have a minimum of €2147,5 monthly net). We are Fadly and Audrey, two young working professionals in our early 30s. Audrey works in finance, and Fadly works in the non-profit sector. Audrey enjoys running, cooking, and going to church on Sundays; Fadly enjoys being creative, boardgames, and going to open mics and other artsy events. We both like dancing, watching Love Is Blind, and making brunch together. We're looking for a third roommate to join our house! Woman preferred We'd love someone who is social and enjoys watching tv and eating meals together from time to time, but also has their own interests. We'd like someone who is tidy and clean, and is respectful of the shared spaces. We're fun and sometimes we go out together, but also please note we're quite a chill household, and overall, not a party house. The room has a double bed with a desk and its own bathroom but not an en-suite. We have a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. There are gym facilities in the building, and parking is included. As well we have a cute park and pond a stone's throw from our door! 5 min from Tesco and Aldi. 5 min walk to a number of buses, including the E2, 7A, 111, 45A. 20 min walk to Dun Laoghaire and the Dart station. Rent is €859 per month, the deposit is €828. Additionally, bills are approximately €100 per month, depending on the season. The room is available from 23rd December.
