Double room in D08 available from November first!!! Located in the Liberties close to Blackpitts and Newmarket Square. Multiple bus routes very close by (~3 minute walk) and Luas within walking distance so very well connected area. Opposite the building there is also a Dublin bike station. Within walking distance you have loads of great cafes ( the fumbally, two pups, Alma and way more), great pubs, multiple shops ( Lidl ten min walk, Tesco express opposite building, spar five min walk and more), post office ten min walk away. St Stephen’s Green is a 15 minute walk away. Sharing with one girl in her twenties who is an accountant. I work in the office 9-5 Monday to Friday. I’m pretty social and relaxed and looking for someone likeminded who’d be happy to go for a coffee/drink/dinner together or go out while also respecting each others space :). Having people over or overnight guests is fine within reason and only with prior discussion ( no parties or excessive noise etc). Room would be great for young workers or post grad students ! Room is a double room with large wardrobe ( great for storage ) and two bed side lockers. The living room/ dining area is very spacious with cosy kitchen attached.
