The let is available from September to December. A bright, spacious king room is available in a modern new-build home in a quiet residential area of Newbridge. **The room includes:** * King-size bed with under-bed storage * Large wardrobe * Bright room with large windows overlooking a green area **The house:** * Modern, high-quality new-build home * Shared main bathroom with bath and rainfall shower * Quiet location beside a green space and walking path * Approximately 20 minutes' walk to Newbridge Train Station (express train to Heuston Station, also services Grand Canal Dock Mon - Fri) **Rent:** €700 per month (excluding bills) You'll be sharing the house with a friendly young couple and our well-behaved dog, so you'll need to be comfortable around dogs. We both work from home, so we're looking for someone who is outside of the home during the day. We're looking for a tidy, respectful housemate who will enjoy a relaxed and welcoming home environment.
