The house is in a quiet housing estate across the road from the University campus, just a 2 minute walk to the campus & the nearest bus stop which services a number of routes. You are also just a 20 minute walk into Galway City Centre. Accommodation Details: Accommodation has its own separate entrance from the main home & comprises of a bright twin room, large private ensuite as well as a small food prep area with a kettle, sink, microwave & small fridge which is separate to the main bedroom. The room is a Twin Room (shared) or can be rented as a Double room also, (see pictures). Rent: €250 per week for the room. €125 per person per week if sharing. All bills, internet, heating, bins etc. included. Note This home is occupied by a married couple and their 2 primary school children. The room is available during term time incl exam time from Sunday evening to Friday morning only. It is not available during Christmas, Easter or summer holidays. No parties allowed • No guests or visitors permitted • Quiet time from 10pm requested due to children in the home.
