Dublin Host Families are proud to offer a single bedroom in this stunning semi detached property located only 9 kilometres from Dublin City Centre. Ideally situated close to City West Campus & Grange Castle Business Campus, Corkagh Park Demesne, and only a short stroll to LUAS Red Line Red Cow Stop (15 minutes) and several bus routes (13 / 69 / 76) All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water) The host will seek a refundable security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house (€300) The rate for the room is €160 per week (double) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance. The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months. Please e mail to check availability or to arrange a visit.
