Accessible by 208/201 Bus every 10 mins interval (Bus stop just outside the estate). 20-25 minutes travel time to Cork City Center. Temporary accommodation (6 months) with possibility for long term accommodation. Single Room is with Double bed + wardrobe. Common toilet and bath will be shared by both tenants. Another toilet is also available in the ground floor. The rent includes refuse and internet. Electricity is divided accordingly. I would require 1 month Deposit, 1 month advance rent payments.
