It’s a 3 bedroom apartment, shared with 3 people in total (a couple and 1 other person, all from Poland) in their mid/late 20s. We are looking for someone respectful, tidy, non-smoker. It has plenty of storage space, 2 balconies, 3 bathrooms, located on the 2nd floor. Bills not included: electricity + WiFi (around 50€/month). The bedroom has a large bed, 2 nightstands, 2 night lamps, a mirror, a 2-door closet. It has plenty of space for a desk or some smaller furniture. It has a large balcony that doesn’t face the neighbours, with a lot of natural light. The private bathroom, which is the biggest in the apartment, is located outside of the room. It has a shower with a bathtub. The apartment is located in a very safe, quiet and clean neighbourhood, very close to the sea. It’s very new, located between Blackrock and Seapoint, next to a large park. There is also a possibility to rent an underground parking space if needed. It’s only a 15 minute walk to the coast and to the dart station (Seapoint). Buses to the city centre - 4, 7, 7a and a night bus 7n (5-7min walk). There is also a bus to Sandyford, S8 (1 minute walk). 10 minute walk to 114, L26 and L25 (to Dundrum shopping centre and Stillorgan village). Aircoach 702 to the airport. Shops nearby: Spar, Dunnes, Texaco with Centra, Aldi and Supervalue in Frascati shopping centre. The are also come coffee places, restaurants, barber and nail salon in the close area.
