We are a three minutes walk from the bus stop. Easy commute to Dublin or Greystones. 133 bus at end if road to UCD Bus at end of road to Dublin Airport Lovely room, very comfortable king sized bed with a very nice ensuite. Gorgeous clean room. Occupants: 2 adults, 2 Teens, 2 primary schoolers. Spacious house so we aren't in top of each other. Children in the home so it can be noisy at times. They attend school. We have two dogs. As this is a family home we dont allow any other guests in our home by person using this room. We are a very easy going family and respectful to your private space. 50 minutes bus to UCD, may be suitable to students also. Five minutes drive from Kilquade, Newcastle ans Kilcoole ten minutes away. Weekly payment to be made, without delay. One week advance and one week security upon moving in. We are relaxed about period of time for stay. Short term and long term considered. Currently taking applications.
