Lovely and bright double room with ensuite bathroom, overlooking a quiet garden, in a large house in Ranelagh. The house is located in a very quiet residential cul-de-sac, while still being extremely well connected. It is a 5-minute walk to the Charlemont Luas and close to the E1, E2 and 11 bus routes. Ranelagh village, with its shops, cafés, restaurants and bars, is less than a 10-minute walk away, and the city centre is also within walking distance. The house features a very large fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a spacious entrance hall, and a small garden with a shed. You will be sharing with two French and Spanish females in their 40s (an academic and a teacher). We are looking for a chilled, quiet and tidy female professional in her 30s (preferably not working remotely), respectful of shared spaces. It would be a nice bonus if you wouldn’t mind keeping an eye on the plants from time to time, as there are several lovely plants throughout the house :) Bills are not included and are shared with the other housemates.
