Room in cozy apartment available! I’m looking for a new housemate to join me in our apartment. The room is furnished with: A double bed, shelf, table, chair, and closet. You’ll have your mostly own bathroom out in the hall. You’ll be sharing the apartment with just me ( 28 year old female). I work in digital media and love everything creative. I love to read, going to gigs or taking a few breaks into nature. I also sing and play the guitar as a hobby (don’t worry, I practice at low volume and am mindful of noise). If you’re a fellow music enthusiast, I’d love that and wouldn’t mind if you’re bringing an instrument! The kitchen and living room are shared areas, so I’m looking for someone kind that can clean up after themselves and is considerate of others and noise levels in the apartment. Be aware that it’s mostly young families living here, so this is a no house party and no indoor smoking household. Another female is the landlord’s preference, but is open to consider males as well if there’s a good personality fit. Landlord references are required. The deposit is one month of rent. The rent is raised to 950€ starting in November and it won’t be raised again. Bills are excluded. Electricity is bi-monthly (every two months) and WiFi is monthly (about 15€ each for WiFi). The apartment is located on the ground floor in Dublin 4 in a gated area, 1 minute from Grand Canal Dock station and about 20 minutes from the city centre by foot. Tesco and Lotts & Co are about 5 minutes by foot. The area itself is quite nice and parking may be arranged if needed. An earlier move in date could be arranged if needed. This is a 1 year lease, ending at the in November 2027.
