The house was insulated & upgraded in 2022 and further renovated in 2024 and has a large cosy sitting room, modern bathroom and utility room, bright and airy kitchen and paved back courtyard.
There is a number of cafes, convenience stores, a supermarket, restaurants and pubs within close walking distance. There is a bus stop and coffee shop on the street and its within a 15 min walk of both the red and green line luas. The road is quiet and there is free on street parking available.
The house will be shared with myself (early thirties and a mix of wfh and the office), an indoors cat and another girl who is also working & studying.
Given it's a box room with limited storage, it might suit someone who does not intend to stay here full time / is in Dublin a few nights a week happy to discuss a suitable apportionment of bills based on the same.
