Clean cosy house in a very quite estate (mostly families), about a 10 min walk from the centre of Naas. 10 min walk to Tesco and about eth same to NGH. Currently occupied by a female and two males in 20/30s. IMPORTANT: This is a clean and quite house. We are looking for a housemate who is who is respectful of others. It's not a party house. If you have a partner, they can stay occasionally, but not every night or weekend. There is no issue having friends come over every so often but not every night/weekend. Must be able to move in and start paying rent from 15th Sept. One month's rent and one month's deposit required. Ideally should have reference from someone you previously rented from. Must be willing to rent for a min of a year. 6 weeks notice if you need to move out.
