We would like to share a double room with a single bed (for single adult, but with a plenty of space in the room) in a house in a quiet residential area with all amenities nearby (Marshes Shopping 10 minutes walk, Town centre 15 minutes walk). House is located in a 'cul de sac' with little traffic and quiet neigbourhood. We would like to share with someone, who is looking for a quiet and relaxed place and has a similar mindset regarding night hours (meaning between 10 pm and 7 am minimum noise level is required). Very important information before applying: - rent is payable weekly in advance by bank transfer (no cash) - 2 weeks of rent deposit required - 1 bathroom in the house - unlimited fibre broadband available, but only via wifi (no cable connection available) - bills are paid on top of the rent shared every month for waste and internet, and every second month for electricity and gas - no smoking inside the house or in any rooms - 2 weeks of notice is required upon leaving - no pets allowed as there is a friendly cat around already, usually staying in kitchen only and not roaming around the house - viewing is compulsory and unfortunately we are not in a position to offer the room to anyone who we don't meet beforehand If interested and you find yourself a fit, please fill in the contact details with a short description about yourself, and we'll get back to you to arrange a viewing.
