Sunny south facing spacious double bedroom available to rent from the end of June/start of July for a short-term let until the end of November in a beautiful home sharing with 3 others in our mid & late 20s working locally, within a quiet cul de sac. Bills all included. Less than 2 minute walk to a Dublin bus stop with regular buses (right outside the estate). A short 10 minute walk to the main street. Less than 5 minute walk to petrol station with shop & deli. 5minute drive to Tesco, Lidl, Aldi, SuperValu. Looking for tidy and clean individual. Currently two females and one male. Owner occupied.
