Occu Fairway, Dun Laoghaire, Glenageary, Co. Dublin

I'm looking for someone to take over my former flatmate's half of the lease for a pet friendly 2-bed 2-bath at Occu Fairway in Dun Laoghaire. Lease transfer documents are handled by the property manager. I have 2 (initially shy but friendly) cats but 3 animals total are allowed in the apartment so if you have 1 cat or dog they would be welcome! The cats have lived with both before. Pet fee would be €40/month You've have your own bathroom (across the hall but private). There are 2 utility/storage rooms, and one can be used as an office if desired. Kitchen has a dishwasher, and maintenance has a reasonable response time. Parking, bins, and use of the property’s gym are included in the rent. The balcony overlooks a courtyard with a garden and playground, and there’s a larger green space a block away. It's a reasonable walk to the DART and has 24 hours access to city centre on the E2 bus (which comes every 10-15 min and does not skip the nearest stop). I’m very reliable in keeping common spaces clean and am looking for someone who does the same. If interested please fill in the form with some details about yourself and desired move in date.
