The room is a bright, spacious double bedroom with high ceilings and a shared bathroom. It is a big room with a double bed and a sofa bed also in the room. All furniture in the room comes with it, including lamps. The shared areas feature a contemporary kitchen equipped with all essential appliances, a comfortable sitting and dining room, and a bathroom. We have a south-facing garden, perfect for sunnier days, and access to the Green Luas line and numerous bus routes. On-street permit parking is available. Bills are not included in the rental price but are estimated at approximately €45-55. Very centrally located, only a 5-minute walk from Phibsborough village, 15 minutes from O'Connell Street and 20 mins from the Botanic Gardens. The house is on a quiet, tree-lined street near the Mater Hospital. TU Dublin, Grangegorman Campus, is a 15-minute walk away.
