Double room to let in a quiet D6 house – SHORT TERM ONLY - until January 1st or shorter. This house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, less than 10 minutes from Ranelagh Triangle and the Luas, and a 5-minute stroll to the Swan Centre. It’s a safe, peaceful neighbourhood with all the shopping, dining and charm of D6 close by, and it’s very well served by public transport. The House Living room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and a garden with decking. Your Room Large (roughly 5 x 3m), with a very comfortable solid oak double bed and plenty of storage: a 2m-wide IKEA wardrobe with internal drawers and a beautiful Edwardian wardrobe. The view is of Rathmines Church and the window box. The Bathroom Shared, with an electric shower. The wash-hand basin is hand-painted ceramic, as are feature floor tiles. The Living room Furnished as a place to relax with two sofas and a new smart TV. It's also a discreet home office. I currently use my phone as a broadband hotspot, but broadband can be installed. The Kitchen Well equipped, with an oak drop-leaf table that folds out when dining with friends. The Arrangement Though we’ll be sharing, I’m away almost all the time working at the University of Limerick. Bills will be shared. This really is a lovely home, and I’m looking for someone who will respect it. Sharing has been great and not so great for me - even though I'm not here a whole lot.
