Room available is a double room. House will be shared with 1 male (owner) only currently. Parking available on the road. Reasonable use of utilities is included (gas, electricity, broadband, bins & tv). The house has recently been renovated and painted (new windows/doors/carpets and floors/rewire/attic insulation) and bed/mattress/lockers in room are completely new. Additional storage available under bed. Two shared bathrooms (one with electric shower). I am an Irish guy (36) and enjoy music, sport, travel, culture, keeping fit and also speak Spanish. Ideally, I am looking for someone who is social, friendly, easy going, open minded and gay friendly. I am looking for someone clean, respectful and reliable. I do smoke outside so I am open to someone smoking outside but no drugs. Will consider a discount for those only looking for Mon to Fri.
