Room available is a double room. House will be shared with 1 male (owner) only currently. Parking available on the road. The house has recently been renovated and painted (new windows/doors/carpets and floors/rewire/attic insulation and bed/mattress/lockers in room). Additional storage available under bed. Two shared bathrooms (one with electric shower). I am an Irish guy (36) and enjoy music, sport, travel, culture, keeping fit and also speak Spanish.
