Short Term Rental in cosy cottage- 2 minute walk to waterfront and 10 mins by bus to city centre. Professional Female only. Bills included Clontarf is gorgeous. This is a double room available from 29 August 2026 to 31 December 2026 (may be extended by mutual agreement). There is an office space in the garden that can be used for home working. A beautiful 2 bedroom house, the room is a good size double (with separate wc - sink, toilet and storage). There is good wifi and gas central heating. There is on street parking. It is two minute walk to the water edge and Clontarf Bay, lots of restaurants and coffee shops, gym and Dollymount strand, and motorways M1/M50 just 15 mins drive, Dublin Airport is 20 mins drive. The 130 bus is two minute walk from the house and goes straight into the Dublin city center in less than 10 minutes and to the Dart train station in less than 5 minutes. IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ The home has one other male tenant whose shift determines he gets home at 11.30pm Monday to Friday. There is a 2 week deposit required (returned to you at the end of the rental all going well) and 4 week rent up front.
