Short Term Rental - Professional Female only. This is a double room available from 1 July 2026 to 31 August (maybe the potential to extend to end of September) . A beautiful 2 bedroom house, the room is a good size (with separate wc). There is good wifi and gas central heating. There is on street parking. It is two minute walk to the water edge and Clontarf Bay, lots of restaurants and coffee shops, gym and Dollymount strand, and motorways M1/M50 just 15 mins drive, Dublin Airport is 20 mins drive. The 130 bus is two minute walk from the house goes straight into the Dublin city center in less than 10 minutes and the dart station is walking distance (1.5km) from house (and the 130 bus also brings you there) going through all the coastal towns between Howth to Greystones and Bray in Wicklow. PLEASE READ: Must love dogs as for a lot of the time there are two in house - excellent behaved, quiet and completely trained. One large and one small. The home is occupied by my Male Partner! He works shifts so comes and goes at odd times but no later than 11.30pm Monday to Friday. There is a 3 week deposit required (returned to you at the end of the rental all going well) and two weeks rent up front. The house is well maintained and someone who would respect the space would be really important. No smoking in the house.
