We’re looking for someone who will be a good fit for the house - ideally someone in their late 20s to early 30s who is friendly, considerate, and easy-going. House includes a large kitchen area, living room, garden area at back, and 2 bathrooms. Looking for non-smoker, with no pets. Area is well connected to city centre via 27, 77A, 56A and 151 bus routes, and is 20 minutes walk away from Suir Road Luas stop. Dunnes Stores within 5 minutes walk from housing estate.
