Large, bright, ensuite bedroom with king size bed available in large, new build house. We're looking for a tidy and considerate person to move in to this room in our house. The house comes equipped with all mod cons including American fridge, dishwasher and separate utility with washer and dryer. The bedroom is bright and comfy with plenty of wardrobe space. The bedroom incl.udes an ensuite bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet. There is a comfortable king sized bed. The house also has a large kitchen and garden which the tenant will have full use of. The house is 10 minutes walk to Sallins train station from where there is a regular 20 minute service to Heuston Station. Naas town is also a short drive/cycle away or accessible by a free shuttle bus. You will be sharing with a professional couple in their thirties, our 1 year old daughter and 1 other tenant. Anyone who moves in would need to like dogs as we have a 3 year old Bernese. 1 month deposit and rent in advance required. Bills will be split 4 ways - electricity (which is quite low as we have solar panels), fibre broadband and bins. During the Summer months bills usually come to about EUR50pp per month.
