Bedroom has double bed but could easily accommodate bigger styles. Room has built in wardrobes. Dressing area with shelves and a large mirror. Bathroom has own electric shower, toilet and sink. Downstairs is living room, kitchens and the two other bedroom, both occupied. Kitchen and living room are communal areas. Bills are split evenly between all housemates. Incoming tenant should be clean and tidy and respectful of other people's space and to the community space in the apartment complex. Household up keep is shared equally among housemates. Parking is available outside the apartment Room available to move into on the 27th. In person viewings will take place to meet potential housemates and for the person to check out the room.
