Olivemount Grove, Windy Arbour, Dublin 14

Single room in a beautiful house in Windy Arbour to rent from 19 January until 15 July. I am a gay male who will be working abroad for most of this six month period. I have a very nice female housemate in her 30s who you will be sharing the house with. I will return and stay in the house for one week a month max. The house has been fully modernised, is bright and cheerful, and has two bathrooms with showers. (You will basically have a bathroom to yourself) I'm looking for someone who will be a respectful and considerate housemate to my current lodger, and who will take care in the house, which I have put a lot of effort into decorating. All bills are included - up to a reasonable limit that we can discuss :-) No overnight guests - it is a single room. The estate is very quiet and convenient to UCD (20-25 minute walk), the Luas (Windy Arbour Luas stop is a 10 minute walk) and Dundrum. The room is a bit crowded at present but desk, office chair, printer and some storage boxes can be removed to create more space, add a chest of drawers, hanging rail etc. Please indicate in your reply that you understand the dates the room is available for.
