Hi everyone! We have a single bedroom to rent from 1st November. The room is 500 a month, plus bills (gas, electricity, bins and WiFi). A month's deposit is required. The house is located in Cork City Centre and is fully furnished. It has three bedrooms, two toilets (one shower only), a living room, a kitchen and a dining room. There's also an attic for storage. It's a non-smoking property. The house will be shared with two female professionals. We're both in our early thirties and we're looking for an easy-going, respectful, clean and tidy person that will fit in our home. It's very important for us to get on well.
