Hi everyone! We have a double bedroom to rent from 1st February. The room is 600 a month, plus bills (gas, electricity and WiFi). A month's deposit is required. The room is available for one individual only. The house is located in Cork City Centre and is fully furnished. It has three bedrooms, two toilets (one shower only), a large living room, a kitchen and a dining room. There's also an attic for storage. It's a non-smoking property. The house will be shared with two female professionals (28 and 33 years old). We're looking for an easy-going, respectful, clean and tidy person that will fit in our home. It's very important for us to get on well.
