I’m looking for someone to sublet a double bedroom with a private ensuite (including a bathtub) in a 2-bedroom townhouse in the Opus complex. The room includes a large double bed, closet, and additional storage space. The apartment is fully managed by a property management company and residents have access to an onsite gym. The apartment is approximately 110 sqm and has a spacious shared area with kitchen, living room, and dining area. The location is ideal, situated in a quiet area with easy access to major companies nearby and the city centre. About me: I’m a German engineer working in Dublin. I’m usually in the office Monday–Friday and often fly home on weekends. During the week I spend time at the gym, cooking, or going for a pint. This is not a party flat, so I’m looking for someone tidy and respectful who enjoys a calm living environment. You will be added to the registered lease. Please be aware that the property manager is asking for landlord reference, 6 month bank statement, employerreference letter I am looking only for one additional tenant, no room sharing etc. Utilities are about 120€ per month and will be shared according to the invoice provided to the apartment.
