Hi We are looking for someone to share a very nice apartment at opus in the grand canal dock, the room is available from May 1st and it is fully furnished with your own bathroom (private but not ensuite) Opus amenities include free use of gym, rooftop, bbq area and co working area. There is a 24h concierge/ security who will take care of any issue you might have and collect your packages. Furthermore, they also provide passes ( golf, swimming pool, airport lounges) You will share the place with two females in theirs 24~30s who work in Energy and Tech. We’re looking for someone who is chill, independent with a positive vibe and contributes to keeping the house tidy, proactive about helping out, especially after cooking or using shared spaces. The rent is 1400€ excluding bills and same amount for the deposit
