Hi! looking for a new tenant for my room in a big appartement on Hanover Quay. The apartment is in a very modern and in a well serviced property, Opus, and fully furnished. The apartement has multiple storage room so we have plenty of space! We have a sunny balcony and a rooftop at the residence. The room has a king bed and you will share the bathroom with another tenant, Emma (26, french) and the other flatmates Clara (German, 32) has an ensuite. We also have a cute dog, Hera, she's a cocker spaniel who spent most of her time sleeping and cuddling! We are looking for someone preferably older than 27yo, with a stable job, who will clean after themselves and clean the flat regularly as we do. Ideally someone outgoing and that will become a friend. If you like hiking, going out, going to restaurant etc! We do not usually have a lot of parties going on but we are open to invite people and do it on weekends, have dinner with friends, and we regularly have friends and families from overseas visiting us. The flat is both quiet and lively, all depends of our calendar. Emma and Clara work a lot but are always looking forward some time catching up together! As Emma work from home, ideally someone whos goes to the office would be better. We would to receive a description of the person you are and some info about you and your background as you feel!
