Lovely two-bed apartment in the Docklands, on the second floor of the OPUS building. The room features an en-suite with shower and bath, a Super King bed and courtyard view room. The apartment is modern, bright and spacious, with a large open-plan living/kitchen area and lots of natural light. The living room overlooks the Docks and the Aviva stadium. Great location beside Grand Canal Dock, with cafés, bars, restaurants, gyms and shops all within walking distance, plus excellent transport links. Parking is available on request at additional cost. I'm in my mid-twenties, from the UK, working full-time in tech and fairly social. I enjoy the gym, going out and spending time with friends, but also appreciate a relaxed home environment. I've been living at OPUS for over a year now. Looking for someone who’s friendly, clean, considerate and easy to live with. Ideally someone who’ll treat the apartment like their own home! I'm also open to sharing with a couple if it's a good match. Ideal move in date would be from mid-November to end of December/early January.
