The house is situated in a quiet location, 20 minutes to Wexford town and 15 mins drive to Enniscorthy. It is owner occupied and I am looking for a non-smoking person, to share my home. I am a working professional and am looking for someone who enjoys a tidy home and is respectful of shared spaces. The house is a large, modern home which has been recently decorated to a high standard throughout, featuring a bright, spacious, open-plan kitchen, dining and living room as well as a separate sitting room with a wood burning stove. The bedroom is a bright, comfortable room. There is a wet room shower and toilet as well as the main bathroom with bath. There is oil central heating throughout the house, ample car parking, a beautiful garden, and several areas outside to relax and enjoy. The beaches are only 20 mins drive away also.
