The apartment is modern, clean, spacious and a lovely place to come home to :) It's a 2 bed, 2 bath, so you'll have the bathroom to yourself. All needed amenities are here, incl. parking. The room has a built in wardrobe, and room for a desk if needed. The balcony is also directly accessible from your room. Available immediately. The apartment is close to phoenix park, which can be seen from the balcony. Heuston station is a ~10 min walk, Lidl and Stoneybatter also within walking distance. Looking for someone friendly, neat, easygoing, sociable to share with. I'm mid twenties, so someone around the same. Hoping to find someone who enjoys a bit of a communal living environment, I'm always keen to grab a coffee or just hang out. Fully appreciate we all need private time, myself included, but ideally you're someone who likes to spend time outside of your room as well.
