Hi, I'm a 37 year old woman, working in film, looking for someone of similar enough age to rent the 2nd room in two bed apartment on Parkgate Street. It has 2 bathrooms, so you basically have your own though might be used by guests. Living area that has kitchen connected and storage space in the hall. The bed can actually be turned the other way (I have measured) to give more space. Must love dogs as I have a large rescue dog. He is very good in the house and I work from home so he just snoozes on my bed while I work! The room itself doesn't have space for a desk at the moment but if it's a couple of days a week/ for the right person I really dont mind a small desk in the living space :) LGBTQ+ friendly Please write with a bit about yourself and I can send on more videos if interested!
