Parklands Northwood , Santry, Dublin 9

I have a double and single room in Northwood, Santry, Dublin 9, available to move into, at the latest, end of Dec 2025 (maybe sooner). The single room will be available mid-November 2025. Area is nice and quiet. Easily accessible by buses. About 8-10 min walk from the apartment to bus stop. Lidl and Aldi about 12 min walk away. I am looking for people who are organised, tidy , kind, friendly and genuine to share my home with me. The double room is spacious, bright and warm, with double bed and big wardrobe. Shared bathroom only with 1 other girl. The single room is bright and warm with a desk and chair and small wardrobe.. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 en-suite double room and a main bathroom. You would be sharing the apartment with male owner and 1 other girl. Direct bus 155 to UCD and walk or bicycle to DCU. Entrance to Santry parkland is just across the road. There are bicycles for women. With a bicycle Dublin is small for commuting to work or for pleasure.
