Our house is a beautiful recent newly built 3 bedroom house, the room is a big double room with a double bed has a spacious wardrobe, with large window, a large bathroom is next to the room, tenant would use bathroom exclusively, other rooms in the house are en-suites. The room comes with internet port for network cable connection, it's got Wi-Fi as well. Kitchen is amazing, everything is like new most Kitchen wares available, the garden is hardly used since we moved in, it a massive garden with a small shed, please note living room is not shared at the moment. We are a family of three, easy going fun loving people. We are looking for a tenant who is quiet, neat and tidy. House location is very close to most amenities and more. 9 minutes walk to Saggart Luas stop (red line) takes 40 minutes to City Centre on the Luas, 9 minutes walk to CityWest business park, corporate companies i.e. Unilever, Adobe, AMD etc 10 minutes walk to Citywest Shopping Centre, most shops are in there, Post office, Gym, pharmacy, dominos, McDonalds etc. 8 minutes walk to bus stops for S8 (city), 65b (city), (W62), 8 minutes walk to shopping Centre (Dunnes), Lidl & Circle K. 2 minutes walk to a big open green park Loads of food shops local, quiet, extremely peaceful area.
