A double room is available in a terraced house. The occupant will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other housemate. The house is conveniently located close to transport and shopping facilities. Local bus routes and the Saggart luas stop which goes directly to the city centre are only a few minutes walk away. Citywest shopping centre which hosts a gym, dunnes stores, post office etc is also minutes away. All bills excluding electricity are included in the rent.
