This is a lovely neighborhood in a very new development with easy access to public transport. The Dart and bus stops are within a 2-minute walk. Clondalkin/Fonthill station is just across the road, providing direct access to Connolly Station, Heuston, and other city center train stations in just 15 minutes. Bus number 13 is only a 5-minute walk away, with a 40-minute journey to the city center. It’s a 20-minute walk to Lidl and other supermarkets. The area is also close to Fonthill Retail Business Park and Liffey Valley Shopping Centre. The house is a newly built, 3-bedroom, mid terrace, two-story home. It is bright, clean, and equipped with all basic living essentials, including a washing machine, modern kitchen, heating, oven/microwave, toilets, showers, etc. You will be staying with an Indian couple, both of whom are s, as well as another guy who is a full-time student. Please note that the rent includes bills such as electricity, internet, and waste disposal. The duration of stay can be extended.
